General Policies

To ensure a comfortable and healthy stay for all guests, smoking is not permitted in any of my homes. However, I do allow parties and events with prior consent, as we want you to have a great time during your stay. Please don't hesitate to message me if you're planning to host any type of event at our properties - we'll be happy to help make it a success!

Payment Details

To secure your dream vacation, I require a 50% deposit upon booking and the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days before check-in. If you're booking within 14 days of check-in, both charges will apply at the time of booking. Your credit card statement will show the charges as "VT Luxury Vacations". I also ask for a $500 security deposit hold, which will be released within 2-3 business days after check-out, provided there are no significant damages. Please note that I reserve this only for rare and extreme cases.

Check-In/Check-Out Details

Check-in begins at 3 PM EST and check-out is at 10 AM EST. Check-in details will be sent around 9 AM the morning of your arrival. The check-in details will include the full address, Wi-Fi info, door code, and other helpful information. All check-ins are self service so you can check in anytime after 3 PM at your convenience.

Rental Agreement

My standard rental agreement will be sent the same day of your booking and will outline check-in date, check-out date, security deposit hold, occupant limits, and other basic details. The rental agreement will have to be signed in order for you to check into my homes/condos. The rental agreement will have an electronic signature for ease of use.

Cancellation Policy

Enjoy peace of mind when booking with us! I understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Cancel up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For cancellations made between 7-14 days I offer a 50% refund, and any cancellations requests made within 7 days have no refund. I want to ensure your satisfaction and look forward to accommodating your travel needs.
